Using Nova

• Nova is an AI helper for learning, creating and building. Its answers can be wrong, so check important facts with a trusted adult or source.
• Nova is not a doctor, lawyer or emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
• Accounts and payments are for adults (18+). Kids may use guest mode or a parent's account with permission.

Be safe and kind

Don't use Nova to hurt, trick or bully anyone, to break the law, or to try to get around its safety rules. We may stop answers, remove websites or limit use that breaks these rules.

Websites you make

• Websites you publish can be seen by anyone with the link.
• They must be safe for kids: no password boxes, no tricking people, nothing unkind or unsafe. Every page has a Report link, and we may take pages down.
• Only the browser that made a website can change or delete it. Ask us if you need help.

Free use and Nova credits

• Guests get 10 questions a day; signed-in adults get 40. The count starts again every night.
• Nova credits are prepaid, in US dollars. With credits there is no daily limit: each answer uses credits at the AI's published list price plus 20%. Every charge is listed in Credits & billing.
• No GST/HST is charged: ZeroOrigine is a small supplier and is not registered.
• You choose automatic top-ups and a monthly spending limit yourself, and can turn them off at any time.
• The monthly spending limit follows Toronto time: it starts again at midnight on the 1st of each month (Eastern time).
• Refunds: credits you have not used can be refunded within 30 days of buying them. Use “Ask for a refund” next to the payment in Credits & billing → Receipts, or email us with the receipt number. The money goes back to the card you paid with; Stripe usually shows it within 5–10 business days.
• Credits you have already used are not refunded, because Nova has already paid the AI for those answers. If a payment is refunded or disputed after its credits were used, your balance can go below zero and Nova credits stop until it is topped up.
• Unused credits do not expire while your account is open. If you delete your account, email us first if you want unused credits from the last 30 days refunded.

Limits

Nova is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, ZeroOrigine isn't responsible for losses from using Nova or from mistakes in its answers. These terms follow the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important, Nova will say so in “What's new”.
